Position: ServiceNow Admin
Location: Tacoma WA
Duration: 6+ Months,
Job description
Role Summary:

•Technical Consultant will be responsible for Support of the Service Management product/tool suite
• Work closely with the Service Management Technologies Product & Engineering Leads, Project Managers, Infrastructure Architecture Leads and Offshore team
•Resolve L2/L3 tickets
•Work with IT Service Management team members including requestors and end users to provide architecture oversight, L2 support, and implementation strategies for the Technology Services Optimization Program
•ServiceNow development and support experience of 5 years plus.
•Thorough understanding of ITIL best practices and common IT Service Management processes
•Experience of working on Transformation/Migration projects of ServiceNow
Certifications
•ServiceNow Administration
•ITIL foundation Certification
Must have skills: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, Workflows and Integrations (like LDAP etc)
