The ServiceNow Business Analyst will support strategic initiatives, improve business processes, oversee client projects, and create documentation and user guides.
G2IT is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support client facing strategic initiatives. The Business Analyst will work as a team member on large and complex programs to ensure end-to-end automated solutions are successfully implemented and maintained. As a Business Analyst, you will be a key person working to refine the strategic vision for the G2IT ServiceNow business in support of the entire company and our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a part of a Strategic Planning Unit to assist with, facilitate or manage business process engineering efforts.
- Assist the client in mapping functions to organizations, analyzing existing processes for potential improvements, and developing written process analysis documents and workflows.
- Interact regularly with the various levels of customer management for the purpose of supporting the development of process improvement efforts.
- Conduct and prepare written research to support and explain business process recommendations.
- Perform and document data and process analysis.
- Facilitate planning sessions with senior government personnel
- Work as a part of a systems development team to oversee and evaluate standards, requirements, and schedules of multiple client projects.
- Write user stories.
- Create user guides.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum Experience: 5+ Years of Business Process Analyst
- 2+ years of experience specific to ServiceNow implementations
- Minimum Education: BA/BS Degree or 4 plus years of relevant
- ITILv3 Foundations certificate or higher
- Must be a US Citizen with an active Public Trust Clearnce or above.
- Should have Formal Agile training.
- ITILv3 or ITILv4 fundamentals certificate.
- Need to demonstrate excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills. Applicants may be asked to produce previous examples of writing capability.
- Need to demonstrate your ability to independently prioritize, plan and execute work tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience giving training.
- Experience writing user stories.
- Experience creating user guides.
- Experience with QA for HR features/capabilities
Nice to have:
- ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
- ScrumMaster
Annual Salary: $100,000 - $105,000, depending on experience
