Role: ServiceNow CPQ – Business Analyst
Duration: 6 Months (3 + 3 Months Extension)
Work Mode: Fully Remote
Understand client business requirements related to ServiceNow CPQ and CRM processes
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Recommend process improvements and best practices
Participate in and conduct Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams
Strong understanding of ServiceNow CPQ
Good knowledge of CRM and Quote-to-Cash lifecycle
Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile environments
