Job Description:

Crowe is looking for a ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Manager to support the continuous growth of our ServiceNow Customer Service Management program. Our ServiceNow practice is recruiting ambitious individual with a drive to aggressively grow their careers in a fast paced, high energy environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client workshop and lab exercise activities.
  • Leverage your deep ServiceNow expertise to provide technical architecture designs to support client process improvement initiatives
  • Design and configure ServiceNow Customer Service Management and Field Service solutions to align with our client programs
  • Guide your clients through the implementation of their ServiceNow CSM solutions
  • Provide technical guidance to developers on ServiceNow configuration
  • Develop testing plans and support customers through the testing cycle
  • Develop training plans and deliver across all functional departments

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in a professional environment
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator experience (hands-on configuration work)
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,400.00 - $204,100.00 per year.
