Design and architect ServiceNow ATF test automation solutions, collaborate with clients and teams to gather requirements, implement scalable frameworks and test management processes, integrate ATF with other modules/tools, generate and analyze test metrics, lead and mentor junior staff, and deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
This is a remote position.
- Design and architect ServiceNow ATF solutions for on-site projects.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide expertise in ATF best practices, workflows, and configurations.
- Lead and mentor junior team members
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor of degree in computer or any related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the said role.
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ATF modules and capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks for ServiceNow applications.
- Knowledge of best practices in test automation, including modularization, data-driven testing, and behavior-driven development (BDD).
- Ability to design and implement test management processes within ServiceNow, including test execution, result tracking, and reporting.
- Experience with generating and analyzing test metrics to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Knowledge of integrating ATF with other ServiceNow modules and third-party tools for comprehensive testing coverage.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather testing requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Effective communication of testing strategies, results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
