We are seeking a SCRUM Master with ServiceNow experience to support Agile delivery teams in a hybrid Agile environment. This role will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage Kanban boards, drive deliverables, remove impediments, and ensure timely execution of ServiceNow initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Manage Agile workflows using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Maintain and prioritize Kanban boards to track progress, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Drive team deliverables and ensure sprint commitments are met.
  • Coordinate ServiceNow enhancements, implementations, and releases across cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery goals.
  • Monitor Agile metrics, risks, blockers, and team velocity.
  • Support hybrid Agile/Waterfall project tracking and reporting as needed.
     

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of SCRUM Master or Agile delivery experience.
  • Experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery practices.
  • Experience using Agile management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe) preferred.
