Are you a Professional Services and technology pre-sales powerhouse with a passion for client relationships and crafting winning SoWs?
Then, we'd love for you to join monday.com's Professional Services team as a Professional Services Engagement Consultant. In this client facing role, you'll be the connector between the sale of monday.com’s licences and the successful implementation and utilisation of the platform by clients.
As the point person for scoping client needs, you will navigate professional services pre-sale activities through client engagement, SOWs creation to project conversion.
Please note: the internal title for this position is Services Engagement Consultant
- 4-6 years of experience in pre-sale Professional Services and project management roles in an enterprise B2B environment.
- Experience in B2B SaaS as technical customer success / professional service / implementation manager / technical account management / technological consulting, specifically within implementation of complex products.
- Experience performing technical project scoping and writing SOWs.
- Demonstrates progressive experience with project management and leadership
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Experience in leading projects involving hands-on implementation and management of multiple resources.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Sydney office
