Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end service planning aligned with customer and operational goals
Drive Lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop integrated plans covering resources, maintenance, and service delivery
Own forecasting, scheduling, and performance tracking against SQDC targets
Ensure safe, on-time, and cost-effective maintenance execution
Manage capacity planning and long-term demand forecasting
Align workforce, service schedules, and turbine availability
Mitigate risks and lead recovery planning for deviations
Oversee spare parts, tooling strategy, and supply chain coordination
Improve planning systems, data workflows, and operational processes
Support training, SOP development, and capability building
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or technical apprenticeship with equivalent experience); or high school diploma with 10+ years relevant experience
8+ years’ experience in maintenance planning, operations, and team leadership
5+ years’ experience working in cross-functional, global, and remote team environments
Desired Characteristics
Proven ability to drive execution, enable change, and deliver results collaboratively

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $114,100.00 and $190,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
