Duties: Our client requires a SharePoint UI Designer/Developer to redesign and build a modern Enterprise Architecture (EA) SharePoint site that can be used to organize, publish IT and EA related information and artifacts. This role partners with Enterprise Architecture to improve engagement, align IT strategy to business strategy, guide well-architected solutions, promote technology principles, and strengthen technology governance.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform Gap analysis. Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
· Design future-state EA repository, publication framework, navigation, and page templates.
· Build modern SharePoint Online site pages, web parts, and content structure.
· Configure document libraries, metadata, content types, and taxonomy.
· Integrate the EA SharePoint site with data from Jira, PowerApps, and potentially ServiceNow.
· Migrate approved EA content to new site.
· Implement governance model: permissions, ownership, content lifecycle, review cadence.
· Support UAT, defect remediation, and production launch readiness.
· Deliver handover documentation and admin/content author guides.
