What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Site Selection Program Manager to support CoreWeave’s global Site Selection organization. Reporting into the Site Selection leadership team, this role is responsible for coordinating the full lifecycle of site selection activities, ensuring that data center opportunities progress efficiently from early market screening through lease execution and delivery readiness.
About the role:
As a Site Selection Program Manager, you will play a central role in maintaining the speed, structure, and visibility of CoreWeave’s global site selection pipeline. This role ensures alignment across Site Selection, Capacity Planning, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations, and external partners by managing workflows, tracking milestones, and driving accountability across multiple concurrent deals.
In a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will bring discipline, organization, and transparency to complex, multi-stakeholder efforts—helping the business move quickly while maintaining accuracy and reducing execution risk.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of site selection activities, from early screening through lease execution and delivery readiness
- Maintain program trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor deal status, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Serve as the central point of coordination across Site Selection, Engineering, Capacity Planning, Finance, Legal, Operations, and external partners
- Ensure Salesforce and internal systems reflect accurate, real-time pipeline data and deal progression
- Track and manage dependencies across multiple concurrent site opportunities, proactively identifying risks and escalating blockers
- Support the preparation of executive summaries, deal review materials, and approval packages
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, action tracking, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and accountability
- Drive consistency in documentation, workflows, and reporting standards across regions
- Partner with Site Selection Managers to ensure deal readiness and clean handoff into the delivery and buildout phases
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and pipeline visibility
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, site selection, infrastructure development, or related fields
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive strategic alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Proficiency utilizing CRM or pipeline management systems; experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly present updates, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Capacity to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 70% of the time to fulfill essential job duties.
Preferred:
- Experience in data center, commercial real estate, or infrastructure development environments.
- Familiarity with site selection workflows, due diligence processes, and lease execution cycles.
- PMP or equivalent program/project management certification.
- Experience working with platforms such as Smartsheet, Excel, or similar tracking/reporting platforms.

The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $191,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
