Vulcury Venture Studio
Social & Ads Intern (Marketing & Growth Team)
Location: Remote
Hours: Flexible, with partial overlap to U.S. business hours
Compensation: Stipend + opportunity for contractor-to-hire conversion
Duration: 12 weeks (with option to extend)

About Vulcury Venture Studio

Vulcury is a California-based venture studio that builds, incubates, and scales multiple companies across advanced manufacturing, AI, real estate, education, and asset management. Our portfolio includes:

  • TrustBridge Design & Manufacturing – AI-powered supplier matching and DFM design services

  • Calisade Asset Management – research-first multi-asset investment platform

  • Argyle Land & Real Estate – land acquisitions, dispositions, and development advisory

  • Globe – innovative education models and global schooling solutions

  • Additional consumer, B2B, and AI-driven ventures in incubation

You will be working across this ecosystem, giving you exposure to multiple brands, audiences, and product types.

Role Overview

The Social & Ads Intern supports the growth team in crafting and executing day-to-day marketing initiatives across social media and paid acquisition channels. You will help shape the messaging, structure the visual and copy assets, and collaborate with our design and copywriting pods to drive highly effective funnels—from awareness → engagement → lead capture → purchase → retention.

This is an applied, hands-on role. You will contribute directly to real campaigns, real customer journeys, and real revenue outcomes.

Core Responsibilities
1. Social Media Content Execution
  • Prepare and schedule daily or multi-daily social posts across brands (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok).

  • Tailor messaging for different brand identities (e.g., Calisade’s institutional tone vs. TrustBridge’s engineering credibility vs. Argyle’s lifestyle aesthetic).

  • Ensure posts follow brand guidelines, content calendars, and voice-of-customer insights.

2. Ads & Funnel Support
  • Help structure ad campaigns for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.

  • Draft initial messaging concepts, headlines, CTA variants, and audience notes.

  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure coherent, on-brand visuals and ads.

  • Assist in building top-of-funnel → mid-funnel → conversion funnels for each brand.

3. Cross-Company Support
  • For external growth clients (Vulcury Consulting), assist in preparing social content and ad frameworks.

  • Work with the internal growth team to analyze performance metrics and suggest optimizations.

  • Ensure marketing collateral is harmonized across platforms and touchpoints.

4. Brand & Narrative Development
  • Maintain organized content libraries, creative briefs, and campaign documentation.

  • Help build thematic content campaigns (e.g., Calisade’s weekly Digest amplification, TrustBridge buyer outreach, Argyle land lifestyle content).

Why This Role Matters

Social media and digital ads are the connective tissue of the Vulcury ecosystem. Your work will:

  • Amplify research at Calisade.

  • Drive engineering leads at TrustBridge.

  • Support real-estate marketing at Argyle.

  • Strengthen brand identity for Globe.

  • Contribute to external client results.

  • Build the internal marketing infrastructure for future company spinouts.

This is a rare opportunity to get hands-on experience across multiple industries in a single role.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong written English; clear, clean communication style.

  • Ability to understand and switch between different brand voices.

  • Highly organized, with a bias toward consistency and quality control.

  • Familiarity with at least one of the following:

    • Social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Zoho Social)

    • Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager

    • Basic knowledge of analytics dashboards

  • Curious, quick learner, reliable, and committed to producing high-quality work.

  • Interest in tech, AI, manufacturing, investing, education, or real estate is a plus.

Benefits

What You’ll Learn
  • Multi-brand content architecture and funnel design.

  • How to position and differentiate products across verticals.

  • Ads testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate, creative iteration cycles).

  • Social media growth strategies for B2B and B2C brands.

  • The mechanics of scaling a venture studio’s marketing engine.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with strategy, design, AI, engineering, and sales teams.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
