Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist to support our client's content marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a knack for engaging social content and email sequences. You will be responsible for managing social content distribution and nurturing leads through personalized email campaigns.

Scope and Duration:
 
20 Hours/week
6-Month Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated drip sequences.
  • Write compelling email content focused on value-driven insights for our audience.
  • Research and curate social media content, focusing on YouTube as the primary platform.
  • Optimize video content for SEO, ensuring maximum visibility.
  • Distribute content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Engage with our community and drive conversations on social platforms.
  • Track and analyze email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Participate in weekly strategy calls, contributing fresh ideas and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in email marketing and lead nurturing.
  • Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies, especially YouTube.
  • Ability to use AI tools to generate research-based content ideas.
  • Experience with Google Ads, PPC, and analytics tracking is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a nimble, startup environment.
  • Strong commitment to documenting marketing processes for scalability.
  • Comfort with client interaction and ability to adjust messaging accordingly.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with list-building tools (e.g., ListKit).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to email and social media content.
