Who We Are

We are a fast-growing vertical SaaS company that leverages innovation and disruptive technologies to improve consumer experiences, outcomes, and predictability in elective medicine. Our team thrives on challenges, embraces change, and is dedicated to transforming our industry. At Adoreal, we don't just follow trends — we set them, and we're looking for people who are ready to do the same.

As a Social Media Lead at Adoreal, you will help define content strategy and execution across our core social media channels for 20+ plastic surgery practices in the United States. You'll lead our social media team, working in lockstep with our Social Media Lead for EMEA. You'll work closely with other internal teams — including design, brand, and others — to build compelling, data-informed content that deepens brand awareness, engages audiences, and drives measurable outcomes for each practice. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing at a high level.

What You'll Do
  • Execute a cohesive content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that aligns with each practice's brand voice, campaign goals, and audience insights
  • Support and develop the content calendar end-to-end — planning, briefing, writing, scheduling, and optimizing across channels
  • Help conceive and produce engaging short-form video content and copy for TikTok and Instagram Reels, including ideation, scripting, and coordination with creative teams
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns — from segmentation and copywriting to A/B testing and performance analysis
  • Monitor channel performance using platform analytics and email KPIs; translate data into actionable insights and continuous improvements
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, content trends, and best practices across social and email
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports broader marketing and product initiatives
  • Lead, develop, and delegate work to a team of social media strategists, specialists, and creatives

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a lead in social media content strategy, social media marketing, or a related role — ideally within a SaaS or health-focused brand, in both a B2B and B2C capacity
  • Demonstrated expertise managing brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with a portfolio to show for it
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing email campaigns, including familiarity with common platforms
  • Strong copy editing skills with an ability to identify issues with voice, tone, and style across platforms and audiences
  • Analytical mindset — you're comfortable pulling reports, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
  • Experience with short-form video content creation and an eye for what performs on TikTok and Reels
  • Highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Passion for healthcare, wellness, and the elective aesthetics industry is a plus
  • A portfolio showcasing your relevant work

Benefits

At Adoreal, we believe in supporting our team’s well-being and growth through comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, people-first culture. As a globally remote company, we prioritize flexibility, inclusivity, and teamwork rooted in the Adoreal principles.

  • Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays
  • Performance-based bonuses and company equity opportunities
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible schedules
  • Collaborative and thriving team culture guided by Adoreal’s core values
Why Adoreal?

Joining Adoreal means becoming part of a high-performing, ambitious team that works hard, achieves extraordinary results, and enjoys the rewards that follow. Every employee receives equity, aligning us all in our shared success. Promotions and growth opportunities are limitless, driven only by your performance and dedication to our core principles:

  • We do what is best for the company, not what is best for individuals of the company—we take pride in our work, but not in pride itself—the success of Adoreal is more important than our egos.
  • We always share relevant information and admit our mistakes freely and openly (even when it is worrisome or uncomfortable to do so). Candid communication and a solution-oriented mindset is rewarded.
  • We innovate by finding the right problems, then solving them. We thrive on change that minimizes complexity and improves situations for our stakeholders.
  • We incentivize efficient results & people over process and focus only on the work that creates the most value for our stakeholders.
  • We are quietly confident and openly humble, being tenacious in our quest to perform and inspire others with our thirst for excellence.
  • We do not bow up and knock down—we care about our teammates and treat all of them with respect, regardless of their level within the company.
  • We are steadfast in our pursuit to better our company, our colleagues, and ourselves. When we hire, we only hire people who bleed our principles and who will hopefully be our replacement one day.

We comply with all applicable employment and immigration laws, including U.S. regulations, and encourage applicants to verify their work authorization status before applying.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
