Are you the type of person who can stop the scroll?
Do you have the design chops to make static posts pop, event banners command attention, and a brand story shine?
Suntria is on a mission to make clean energy the obvious choice — and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can make our online presence as powerful as the impact we’re creating offline.
This isn’t your typical “schedule posts and hope” role. We want someone who will own Suntria’s digital narrative — turning solar sales into the kind of career opportunity recruits line up for, and turning our customer-facing brand into a category leader online.
📝 Description- Lead and execute Suntria’s social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms — for both brand and recruiting audiences.
- Craft scroll-stopping content that showcases solar as the life-changing opportunity it is — whether that’s for potential recruits or future customers.
- Develop and manage content calendars, campaigns, and daily posting that drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Collaborate with leadership, sales teams, and marketing to translate real wins into digital stories that inspire and attract.
- Create high-impact static graphics, banners, and visual assets for events, announcements, and campaigns.
- Manage Suntria’s online brand voice — clear, bold, positive, and opportunity-driven.
- Track performance, optimize strategy, and bring new creative ideas to the table to keep us ahead of the curve.
Requirements🧰 Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing social media for a brand, ideally in a high-energy industry (sales, tech, renewable energy, lifestyle, etc.)
- Elite design skills — fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and/or other pro design tools. You can produce both polished static graphics and fast-turnaround content.
- Strong grasp of content strategy, storytelling, and branding — you know how to make a company look and feel like a leader online.
- Sharp copywriting skills for multiple tones (professional, inspiring, recruiting, customer-friendly).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and pull the best stories from the field to share with the world.
- Obsessed with social trends, but grounded in strategy — you know what works, why, and how to make it Suntria’s own.
- A portfolio that proves you can make static content pop and campaigns resonate.
- Experience in recruiting marketing or sales culture branding
- Familiarity with solar, home services, or performance-driven industries
- Photography or short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok)
- Knowledge of paid social campaigns
