Job Summary:

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing a social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. You’ll be the voice of our brand across various platforms and work closely with our marketing and creative teams to craft compelling social media campaigns. If you're a self-starter with a deep understanding of digital trends and a passion for storytelling, we want you to help shape our social presence. This role requires a creative mindset and strategic thinking, with a focus on influencer partnerships to extend our reach and build authentic relationships with our community. 


Job Functions:

 Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging across all platforms.

 Content Creation & Curation: Create engaging, creative, and original content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) tailored for each platform (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Work closely with cross functional marketing and creative partners to align with our brand voice.

 Influencer Marketing: Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors. Develop and execute influencer campaigns to drive bra engagement, and product purchase. Collaborate with influencers on content creation and track the success of campaigns.

 Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster positive relationships with influencers, customers, and industry professionals.

 Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Sprout Social. Use data to optimize future campaigns and improve engagement.

 Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of social media trends, new platform features, and industry developments to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve.

Collaboration: Work cross functionally with the sales and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns that support product launches, events, and promotions.

 Paid Social Campaigns: Assist with the planning and execution of paid social campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring they are optimized for maximum reach and ROI.

 Brand Advocacy: Ensure that all social media content reflects our brand’s value, culture, and voice. Help grow brand awareness and loyalty through organic and paid channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement on major platforms (Instagram,TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Influencer marketing experience with identifying, negotiating, and managing content creator partnerships, from micro to macro influencer
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for design.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects.
  • Creative thinker who can generate new ideas and take risks to push boundaries.
  • Experience with paid social advertising and influencer marketing.
  • Agile and adaptable; ability to pivot as priorities shift.
