The Social Media Manager will create and execute video-first content strategies on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, manage multiple accounts, develop engaging posts, and analyze performance metrics.
We are seeking experienced Social Media Managers for contract positions to develop and implement vertical video-first content strategies across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms. The ideal candidate possesses deep platform knowledge, exceptional trend awareness, and the ability to rapidly produce compelling content on topics such as news, finance, and culture in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Time Commitment & Output
Dedicate 10-12 hours weekly with flexible scheduling;
Participate in two 30-min weekly check-ins about the project;
Produce and manage 10-15 posts per account for 2+ accounts weekly across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook platforms.
Content Development
Source, identify, and clip relevant video content from news outlets, cultural events, and social media platforms;
Craft platform-optimized captions and post copy that authentically represents each account's distinct voice;
Strategically leverage our comprehensive content database including stories, videos, photos, CapCut templates, and trending sounds.
Strategy & Analysis
Monitor emerging platform trends and algorithm updates to continuously refine content approach;
Track and analyze key performance metrics and audience engagement patterns.
Collaboration
Work effectively with fellow Social Media Managers and Content leadership;
Contribute to cross-platform content initiatives and strategy discussions.
