Objective
To build a strong, authentic, and differentiated thought-leadership presence on LinkedIn for Adaption’s co-founders. This role focuses on drafting high-quality content that showcases their technical perspectives, leadership philosophies, and company vision, particularly in the lead-up to the company’s public launch.
Profile Overview
Our client is a stealth-mode AI company founded by two well-known AI researchers. The company is building global, adaptive AI technologies, and the co-founders are seeking a content partner to help express their individual voices on LinkedIn through high-quality posts, visual strategy, and light collaboration with internal design resources. Each co-founder has a distinct tone and area of focus, requiring a writer who can work flexibly across multiple styles and tones.
Scope
- Commitment: 20 hours/month
- Initial contract: Flexible trial with the aim to extend (minimum 3–6 months)
- Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Create approximately 8 high-quality LinkedIn posts per month for each co-founder, starting from ~20 initial drafts.
- Conduct interviews to gather ideas and capture voice.
- Shape narratives around themes such as technical leadership, AI infrastructure, global technology, and team building that will resonate with an enterprise audience.
- Suggest and collaborate on visual assets, guiding direction, and coordinating with internal design teams (not responsible for execution).
- Ensure content aligns with Adaption’s evolving brand identity and post-launch strategy.
- Coordinate deliverables and feedback through Slack and shared workspaces.
- Participate in occasional team calls to stay aligned on tone, strategy, and context.
- Bring technical topics to life for a sophisticated, enterprise-aligned audience.
- Monitor engagement trends and advise on best-performing formats (polls, visuals, carousels, long-form, video, etc.).
- Incorporate feedback and iterate drafts accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience writing for executive or founder-level social media accounts.
- Comfortable interviewing highly technical leaders and simplifying complex ideas.
- Demonstrated ability to write for enterprise or sophisticated tech audiences.
- Strong editorial judgment and sensitivity to tone.
- Familiarity with social media best practices and visual trends (especially LinkedIn).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable shaping narratives for emerging brands.
- Strong grasp of social media dynamics and B2B/enterprise messaging.
- Editorial or content strategy background is a plus.
- Bonus: Background in or passion for AI/ML or experience writing for tech/AI companies.
