Job description:
- · Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, testing, and operations of our platform.
- · Our managers deliver results while simultaneously investing in each team member's career and working skill set. Video domain-specific skills can be learned on the job.
- · Our managers stay involved in our technology, employ clear and concise communication, maintain high standards, and infuse our teams with energy and desire to achieve customer-focused results. He or she will be expected to apply a mix of creativity, rigor, and pragmatics.
Basic Qualifications :
- · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
- · Excellent analytical skills
- · 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
- · Expert knowledge of at least one modern programming language such as Java, C, or C++
Required skills:
- · Strong background in C#/C++/Java, and SQL.
- · Equally important to these specific skills are are your ability to multi-task, adapt quickly to new development environments and changing business requirements, learn new systems, gain new skills, create reliable & maintainable code, and find creative, scalable solutions to often difficult problems.
