What you'll do

• Collaborate with founders, sales, design and other engineers to solve problems for our users - workers and businesses.

• Build new user-facing features using React and React Native - from architecture to visuals and interactions.

• Contribute to platform, infra and cultural foundations for the company as it continues its explosive growth.

What we're looking for

• Strong Javascript fundamentals

• Expert-level skill with React and/or React Native

• Self-sufficiency: pick a problem and drive results

• Curious to “go to ground” to understand our users and challenge assumptions

• Demonstrated initiative to up-skill oneself

• Clear verbal and written communication
