About the Role

An eager Software Engineer II to work on a cross-functional team to solve real-world problems for healthcare providers around the country. Using your technical expertise, you will design, build, test, and improve the features that will enable our customers to effectively run their business and provide patient care.  If you like solving tough problems, being part of a fun team, and are tenacious, we would like to hear from you.

Your Area of Focus
  • Design & Build data-driven software
  • Subject Matter Expert in 1+ area of the software
  • Translate customer requirements into software designs
  • Design and implement robust software API
  • Perform Code Reviews
  • Identify opportunities to improve software reuse and scalability
Your Professional Qualifications
  • 1+ years of software development experience using Java and Spring/Spring Boot
  • Willing to challenge status quo
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to independently own and develop areas of code within the Tebra software platform
  • Ability to break down complex problems into small incremental blocks of work
  • Ability to build software that is reusable, scalable, maintainable
  • Accurately estimate small to medium sized tasks
  • Keen eye for existing and emerging technologies that could align with business needs

In compliance with California's pay transparency laws, the compensation range for this position will be provided and may include an hourly rate, annual salary, or On-Target Earnings (OTE), depending on the nature of the role. The specific compensation structure and detailed range will be discussed with qualified candidates during the initial talent screen.

Remote Pay Range
$115,000$135,000 USD
