We’re looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer - Enterprise Solutions to join a dedicated team building custom features and enhancements most strategic enterprise customer.
You’ll be hands-on in building robust, high-impact features that power critical restaurant operations and integrate deeply with our POS platform.
What You’ll Do
- Implement features to support native order flows, including check creation, DSP routing, order attribution, and exception handling.
- Build APIs that expose key store-level data (e.g., store hours) to external operator tools.
- Investigate and resolve issues surfaced during pilots and store rollouts, including technical bugs, data mismatches, and menu configuration gaps.
- Contribute to secure data access and permissions via API integrations for partner teams.
- Support ingestion and reconciliation of transactional and menu data into downstream enterprise systems.
- Work with the Sr. Architect to scope features, estimate timelines, and execute on prioritized delivery items.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and team knowledge sharing.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Strong skills in backend development (e.g., Node.js, Java, .Net or equivalent), plus familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and scalable infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Comfort working in agile teams and taking ownership of scoped features.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across geographies.
- Familiarity with POS, ordering systems, or enterprise restaurant tech is a plus.
Preferred Technical Skills/Knowledge
- API Design & Integration: RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, webhook-based architectures
- Cloud Platforms & Infra: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch), GCP
- Data & Reporting Pipelines: SQL, ETL tools, basic data modeling concepts
- DevOps & Monitoring: Azure DevOps, Sentry, Kibana, etc.
- POS / Ordering Systems: Experience with POS software systems, menu management, DSP integrations (DoorDash, Uber Eats, OLO, etc.)
