Job Description

Duration : 12 Months (Could go beyond)

Job Description: 

You will be responsible for programming web services to call and interface with the QIE interface engine; setting up QIE channels to talk to EMR and PM systems and customizing and configuring them.

Works independently and contributes to the immediate team and to other teams across business. You will also contribute to design discussions.

Essential Responsibilities: In this role, you will: 

• Work with Product Line Leaders (PLLs) to understand product requirements & vision

• Translate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards

• Work with product line leaders and architects to develop software 

• Drive world-class quality in the development and support of products 

• Communicate effectively both within immediate team and with PLLs 

• Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, and Testing Techniques

• Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project

• Understand performance parameters and assess application performance 

• Work on core data structures and implement them using technology chosen 

• Proactively share information across the team, to the right audience with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

• Familiar with Qvera Interface Engine (QIE) 

• Experience to create and deploy a QIE interface 

• Understand mapping concept and SOAP/REST web services 

• Fluent in JavaScript 

• Developing/debugging the web services, XML 

• Knowledge of HL7 would be beneficial. 

• Knowledge of CRON expressions 

• Experience with Windows 

• Experience with JBoss/ Tomcat webservers 

• Strong oral and written communication skills 

• SQL or Oracle experience
