Salesforce Inc. has multiple job openings for Software Engineering, LMTS/ Lead Software Engineer in San Francisco:

Job Duties: Enhance autoscaling with the use of custom metrics and AI-guided synthetic models. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Reimagine release tooling to support continuous delivery and zero-downtime deployments. Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Monitor the team support slack channel with a trust master on rotation and a pager duty. Formulate, evaluate, and implement techniques to support service stability, scalability, resiliency, and availability. Work across the engineering organization to develop the knowledge and resolve complex technical issues and drive impactful innovation that improves application lifecycle, async handling, system availability, resiliency, and performance. *HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Part-time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from Salesforce offices in San Francisco, CA.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or related field of study, and four (4) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in related field OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or related field of study, and six (6) years of progressively responsible progressively responsible experience in job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Algorithms; (2) Data structures; (3) Distributed systems; (4) Design patterns; (5) Caching; (6) Databases; (7) Java; (8) Python; (9) Golang; and (10) Linux. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Part-time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from Salesforce offices in San Francisco, CA.

Salary: $206,315.00 - $276,100.00 per annum.
