The Role
Are you passionate about working as part of a software engineering team with the talent, energy, and financial backing to deliver killer, industry-changing cloud-based applications? We’re looking for an experienced hands-on SET Manager who has an automation-first mindset to lead the Vault Infrastructure team. You will be leading a team of QA and automation engineers across the US and in Hyderabad, India, working with Development Managers and Product Managers across multiple teams owning all aspects of Software Quality for Vault Infrastructure. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, will be highly technical and detail-oriented, has excellent problem-solving abilities, and will be able to communicate and influence at all levels.
You’ll help us build and deploy core infrastructure modules that are vital to the Veeva Vault product platform, enabling us to deploy dependable, resilient, and seamless solutions to meet our customers’ growing needs.

What You'll Do
- Build and manage a high-performing QA team that strives to deliver best-in-class quality products to our customers
- Establish new and improve existing QA processes to be both effective and efficient
- Drive the implementation and maintenance of test automation frameworks
- Work closely with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams in both technical and functional areas
- Drive release planning and help the team converge on key milestones
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure process compliance
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in a QA leadership role
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, CI/CD tools, and processes
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, JUnit)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies such as AWS EC2, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, Load balancers, IAM, EKS, and other AWS services
- Be very comfortable engaging in technical discussions with engineering/technical operations and being hands-on when needed

Compensation
- Base pay: $100,000 - $230,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
