Being sick or injured is painful. Getting better shouldn’t be.

Most industries have been transformed by new technology. Healthcare is still waiting — and you can help change that.

Our mission is simple but ambitious: make healthcare accessible, transparent, and effortless for all. We put the consumer at the center, move fast and partner with forward-thinking providers to deliver software that makes care better, faster, and more human. This is work with real-world stakes — and you can help lead the way.

Healthcare is one of the most complex, high-stakes industries in the world — and also one of the most in need of change. At Solv, the products you build will directly shape how millions of people find and receive care, and how providers deliver it. You won’t just be managing a backlog — you’ll be deciding how to blend proven SaaS capabilities with cutting-edge AI to create tools that are both practical and transformative. Some features will be powered by AI models, others won’t — but all will share one goal: make healthcare simpler, faster, and more human.

About the Role

As a Solutions Architect, you’ll own strategic product implementation, support and project management with Solv’s top urgent care and health system partners, delivering tailored product solutions and driving business growth.

You’ll serve as the strategic project lead across a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients. In this role, you'll lead complex implementations, product initiatives, and cross-functional workstreams that are critical to client success and long-term value. By collaborating with internal cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll help shape partner-specific strategic roadmaps, ensure smooth execution, and drive outcomes that align with partner goals and Solv’s broader success.

Culturally, we are looking for a team member who is passionate about healthcare improvement, growth obsessed (personal and company) and loves tackling new challenges on a daily basis. You will be joining a team who thrives on collaboration and is driven to succeed in Solv’s mission of making healthcare easy for patients and providers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Solutions Design & Delivery
  • Serve as the primary product-technical consultant for enterprise urgent care and health system partners.
  • Lead end-to-end EHR implementation projects, -- including Hl7 and API-based connections -- coordinating internal teams (engineering, product, support) to execute on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver scalable, innovative solutions and ensure your customers are using Solv tools in the most impactful ways
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across healthcare organizations.
  • Design and deliver solutions from scratch, tailoring scalable product roadmaps that align to customer business goals.
  • Ensure effective cross-functional communication and progress tracking across stakeholders — internally and externally.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
  • Have 5+ years in a technical project management, solutions architecture, or software implementation role
  • Bring hands-on experience integrating EMRs, supporting HL7, and building connections with APIs and RPAs
  • Embrace modern tools—especially AI and LLMs—to think creatively, automate workflows, improve customer outcomes, and scale internal processes.
  • Are excited by the idea of using prompt engineering to modify and improve AI agent products.
  • Are an analytical problem solver who can ideate and execute complex product solutions.
  • Are a project leader with strong organization and agility in high-growth, dynamic environments.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.

This role is fully remote, however, east coast work hours are required.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
