Introduction: As a Solutions Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in data management, analysis, and business strategy to deliver high-impact solutions. You will play a pivotal role in supporting business decisions by designing and executing research initiatives, creating benchmarks, and generating actionable insights. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional eager to contribute to a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

Data Management and Analysis

  • Design, code, and pilot data collection instruments such as survey questionnaires and interview guides.
  • Support and manage surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
  • Conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings to inform projects.
  • Design, code, and execute data quality checks.
  • Clean, analyze, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.

Strategic Planning and Reporting

  • Generate benchmarks and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Create detailed reports and visually compelling presentations for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of project strategies and deliverables.
  • Support field projects and client engagement activities.

Client and Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research and analysis with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in data management and analysis using data management software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate knowledge of programming and data tools such as Python, R, or Ruby.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and PaaS platforms.
  • Strong analytical and numerical capacity with a foundation in statistics.
  • Excellent English proficiency at C1 level.

Preferred

  • Experience in strategic consulting.
  • Experience in market research.
