About the Role
We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our Services Team! In this client-facing role, you’ll be responsible for leading technical implementation projects, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of HubSpot-related engagements. You’ll work closely with Delivery Leads, Developers, Sales Engineers, and other Consultants to bring projects to life. This role balances technical expertise, project execution, and client engagement to deliver high-value solutions and drive business outcomes.
A Normal Day in this Role
Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead client projects, including implementations, integrations, migrations, and custom developments on the HubSpot platform.
- Develop scalable, tailored solutions that address client business needs, leveraging HubSpot's advanced features and third-party integrations.
- Create diagrams and process maps using tools like Lucidchart to illustrate solutions clearly.
Client Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contributing to discovery sessions and clearly defining solution requirements.
- Drive sprint cadence, plan work accordingly, and conduct weekly sprint meetings with clients.
- Present technical concepts as actionable business use cases, ensuring clarity and alignment with client goals.
- Manage and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients, ensuring deliverables meet quality expectations.
- Training clients on deliverables and platform processes.
Collaboration & Delegation
- Work closely with Associates, Delivery Leads, and technical resources to execute tasks, provide guidance, and ensure seamless execution.
- Write detailed task specifications and delegate to other team members as needed.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) on deliverables and provide coaching to team members where needed.
Technical Expertise
- Plan, configure and manage HubSpot features, including workflows, custom objects, API integrations, and webhooks.
- Execute data migrations, property setups, and third-party app integrations to ensure seamless transitions for clients.
- Stay updated on HubSpot beta features and other technological advancements to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Skills
- Proficiency in HubSpot's Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs, including advanced knowledge of custom objects and workflows.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce administration and third-party integrations.
- Experience with data modeling, migrations, and API/webhook setups.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach with a focus on quality.
- Ability to navigate project constraints and lead clients toward the right solutions within the boundaries of a defined scope of work.
The compensation range for this role is $70,000–$115,000, depending on experience and technical level. We recognize that candidates bring a variety of backgrounds and skills, and we’re committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation aligned with each individual’s expertise.
