This role builds, configures, tests, and deploys solutions that support IHSC operational and Health IT program requirements.

  • Develop, configure, and maintain integrations, workflows, forms, and automations within authorized platforms to support IHSC operational and Health IT program needs.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation of issues within implemented solutions.
  • Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities for platform-based solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and user guidance for implemented solutions, including configuration details and usage instructions.
  • Support process automation and workflow optimization initiatives through hands-on development and configuration.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and deploying solutions within Microsoft SharePoint and the Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate) or comparable low-code/no-code enterprise platforms.
  • Ability to translate business and operational requirements into technical solution designs, configurations, and implementation plans.
  • Experience developing and maintaining integrations, workflows, forms, and automations within authorized platforms.
  • Experience performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation within implemented solutions.
  • Ability to support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities and to produce clear solution documentation and user guidance.
  • Ability to work within Government oversight and approval processes, including obtaining written authorization prior to production deployment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE fitness determination (public trust) and execute a DHS Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting DHS, ICE, IHSC, or other federal healthcare IT or EHR modernization (EHRM) programs.
  • Experience with Power BI, Dataverse, and integration/automation across Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Familiarity with data, integration, and security requirements for enterprise solution deployment.
  • Experience collaborating with business analysts, data engineers, and system owners on solution delivery.
