You will act as the dedicated Solutions Engineer for our sales teams, serving as the technical representative throughout the entire customer journey. You will be required to be the "bridge" between our technology and customers' success.

  • Sales Partnership: Join sales meetings to serve as the subject matter expert, addressing technical/product inquiries and proposing tailored architectures for diverse customer environments.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver high-impact, deep-dive product demonstrations that translate complex security features into tangible business value.
  • Technical Architecture: Design and architect customer deployments based on specific requirements, scope, and environmental constraints (i.e. Cloud, Hybrid, or On-Prem).
  • Deployment Liaison: Act as the critical link between Sales Reps and Implementation Engineers during Proofs of Concept (POCs) and initial deployments to ensure a seamless transition and customer success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the "voice of the field" by providing technical expertise and customer feedback to Go-To-Market (GTM) teams (Channel, Marketing, Sales) as well as Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap.


What You Bring: Qualifications

Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales or Product Management.
    • 3+ years of deep expertise in Network Security, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), or general IT Security.
  • Strategic Mindset: A high capacity for critical thinking and complex problem-solving to navigate intricate, large-scale deployments.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to tie technical concepts to business outcomes and craft a "superiority narrative" to effectively battle competitors in the market.
  • Technical Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, with a proven ability to lead "whiteboard" sessions and present to both technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: A relentless drive to keep technical skills current and maintain a pulse on industry trends.
