As part of Micron’s Global Facilities Department, you’ll join a collaborative community supporting facilities teams across our front‑end manufacturing and assembly/test sites worldwide. We focus on deploying, optimizing, and governing the applications and standards that keep our global operations running efficiently. Responsibilities- Provide hands-on technical and functional support for facility-related applications at global site locations.
- Ensure all sites align with Global Facilities standards, guidelines, and governance processes.
- Review, evaluate, and approve modification or enhancement requests for supported applications.
- Deliver ongoing training to site teams, promoting system knowledge and operational excellence.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Global Process Standards to ensure consistent execution across facilities.
- Monitor and maintain system data integrity, ensuring accuracy and quality across all platforms.
- Generate clear, insightful reports to support data‑driven decision-making for leadership and teams.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, or innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in project or program management.
- Experience with modern programming languages or analytics tools (e.g., Angular, Python, C/C++, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft O365, Copilot, Cortex).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications and productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- SAP Superuser or equivalent enterprise application experience.
- Experience in Facilities Operations and Maintenance environments.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and technology adoption.
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional organizational structure.
