We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity Team at Marsh.  This is a hybrid role that can also be done remotely.   The hybrid requirement of working will be at least three days a week in the office.

As a lead advisory colleague, you will cultivate a deep understanding of our clients' business strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs.  You will utilize your substantial risk expertise and knowledge of the industry and insurance marketplace to develop solutions for moderately complex client needs.

We will count on you to:

- Act as the primary point of contact to service more complex client needs.

- Develop and execute renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and present innovative solutions.

- Coordinate the production of client deliverables, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Contribute to the firm’s body of knowledge within the product line through active internal communication.

- Strong understanding of client business strategic priorities and risk management.

- Substantial risk expertise and knowledge of the insurance marketplace.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $116,400 to $248,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
