We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Program Manager to support the Talent Acquisition team at Blue Origin. This role will lead and manage TA Business Operations, strategic initiatives, mechanisms, and projects aligned with operational goals. The TA Program Manager will collaborate closely with Recruiting Leadership, TA Operations team, Recruiters, Centers of Excellence, and Senior Leaders to ensure the seamless execution of TA strategies.
 
The ideal candidate will possess proven program management skills, experience in Talent Acquisition practices, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Attention to detail, advanced analytics capabilities, and the ability to deliver executive-ready work are essential. This role requires flexibility to balance known priorities with emergent needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end strategic programs from conception to implementation, driving measurable business impact
  • Develop and execute program vision, success metrics, and roadmaps while leading complex cross-functional initiatives
    Identify and implement automation opportunities, process improvements, and scalable solutions
  • Develop and manage project milestones, timelines, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Build and manage cross-functional partnerships to drive seamless execution of TA initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Prepare polished, data-driven docs, reports, and work packages for senior leaders, reflecting both TA and operational insights.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing planned initiatives with emergent needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or additional years of recruiting experience
  • 5+ years of experience in TA, project management, or business operations
  • Senior Program or Project management experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy, definition and end to end program or product delivery
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. 
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion

Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $130,518.00-$182,724.15

  • Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification, Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
