The Specialist, Video Investment will negotiate video buys, manage execution schedules, analyze campaign performance, and maintain relationships with media partners.
As a Specialist, Video Investment, at MissionOne Media you will be responsible for working with media owners to create and activate partnerships across the video landscape helping agency clients achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with negotiation and placement of video buys that deliver on the goals of the media plan.
- Manage the execution of video buys ensuring schedules are entered correctly and updated as needed.
- Ensure complete accuracy of buy details including budgets and guaranteed delivery goals.
- Partner with trafficking/ops teams to ensure delivery of creative assets.
- Assist with preparation of client buy overviews.
- Support agency Upfront and Scatter negotiations through plan analysis, recommendations, and negotiations.
- Stay up-to-date on video marketplace trends on macro and micro scale.
- Partner with the integrated media team to report on campaign performance not only against deal terms but also client-specific KPIs and objectives.
- Build and keep collaborative relationships with media partners.
- Remain in constant communication with agency team members and clients, as needed, to share status of campaigns, bring forward new opportunities, or raise awareness of any unexpected issues.
- Assist with development of industry POVs and thought leadership.
- Lead in collaboration with finance team members to resolve media billing issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to client budgets while meeting client objectives.
- Other duties/responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience buying Converged Television and Digital Video.
- Proficiency in video landscape including legacy and emerging media owners.
- Strong organizational and mathematical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and deliver work on-time for set deadlines.
- Ability to establish good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Account Management, Finance and Project Management.
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment, with outside media reps as well as with current clients.
- Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions.
The annual gross base salary range is $48,000 - 61,000USD. This range represents the anticipated target salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Salary is one component of BarkleyOKRP's total compensation package, which includes multiple health insurance options, flexible PTO, life insurance, and 401K.
