What You'll do as a Trader
- Manage, adjust, and analyze inputs to ensure accuracy and availability for market pricing, situational data, and trading decisions to optimize the pricing of our live betting products.
- Actively monitor and manage pricing on in-play and player prop markets, while contributing to strategy development and optimization.
- Develop and manage engaging live betting content and player prop markets to enhance user experience, increase engagement, and ensure our offering is best in class.
- Identify potential market inefficiencies and utilize these insights to optimize our betting odds.
- Work closely with the Analytics, Data Science, Product, and Operations teams to develop and implement effective trading strategies.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably with a background in math and statistics.
- Knowledge of sports in at least one of the major US leagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills as well as the ability to prioritize and make quick decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel, familiarity with data tools, scripting, automation platforms, or AI technologies is considered a strong asset.
