Want to be part of a high-performing team driving scalable solutions at the intersection of technology and operations? We’re looking for platform experts who thrive on structure, strategy, and solving complex challenges with clarity and precision.

We're looking for a Sprinklr SME who brings both deep platform expertise and a passion for continuous improvement, someone ready to help us drive impact and operational excellence, one initiative at a time.

This person would join the Designit team that supports Microsoft Cloud Marketing, Blog, and Social. This world-class social team operates 100+ social media channels and 20+ marketing blogs designed for developers, IT decision makers, IT implementers, and business decision makers. Each month, we publish over 3,000 posts to help, inform, entertain, and engage across the globe. Azure, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365 are just a few examples of the innovative products and services that comprise the ecosystem.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sprinklr Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Sprinklr to optimize social media operations, enhance customer engagement, and drive efficiencies across our marketing and operations teams. As an individual contributor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including social media managers, community managers, and data analysts, to ensure seamless integration and utilization of the Sprinklr platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Platform Optimization: Configure and optimize Sprinklr modules (Social Engagement, Social Listening, Care, Marketing) to meet business and operational needs.
  • Workflow Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to define workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reporting that align with business goals.
  • Training & Support: Develop technical documentation and conduct training sessions to ensure effective platform utilization across teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for improved efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of the Sprinklr platform.

What you bring:

  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Sprinklr, including configuration, deployment, and optimization across the full platform/end-to-end workflow.
  • Certification: Sprinklr certification is required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of social media management, customer experience platforms, and analytics.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Communication: Strong technical documentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to provide occasional support during burst periods, including events and off-hours.

Would you like to join a global organization that...

  • Supports well-being, realistically. We understand the always-on nature of social, and while work-life balance isn’t perfect every day, we aim to support our team with flexibility, transparency and trust.
  • Fosters a global culture of learning and advocacy. We believe diversity of thought, background, and experience strengthens our collective impact.
  • Encourages innovation and smart experimentation. We’re not afraid to test, learn, and iterate- it’s how we stay ahead.
  • Adapts to change with agility. Change is constant, and we value team members who see it as an opportunity, not a disruption.
  • Recognizes the power of collaboration. We reward team-minded thinking and cross-functional partnership.
  • Remote-first mindset. We continue to prioritize the health and safety of our team, with remote work, virtual interviews, and virtual onboarding remaining in place for the foreseeable future.

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $100,000

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
