Do you thrive when working with a team to move fast, executing on new ideas that lead to winning outcomes?  Are you motivated by playing a key role within a growing organization? If this sounds like you, join our team as a Sr. Account Manager and work with top accounts, cultivating client relationships, developing innovative strategies, and implementing digital advertising campaign plans.

This a remote-based position, working primarily from your home office, with a preference for candidates to be based in NY, NJ, Chicago, IL or the metro Washington, DC and surrounding areas.

Compensation for this position is comprised of a base salary plus incentive compensation. 

This base salary range is $70,000 - $90,000 per year.  Additional incentives bring total potential compensation to $84,000 - $108,000 per year.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build strategic digital campaigns that are innovative, sophisticated, measurable, and actionable
  • Collaborate with colleagues in proposal development and client plan development and execution
  • Deliver innovative, creative work to clients by developing strategies to:
    • move our targets and advance our client outcomes and goals
    • use current tactics in audience segmentation
    • incorporate data analysis to drive online advertising strategies
    • drive audience engagement across social media, online, digital, video, email, web, and mobile platforms
  • Deliver exceptional digital performance for our clients by expertly managing complex campaigns
  • Develop and manage relationships with client accounts, understanding clients' advertising priorities and strategies and ensuring that advertising clients have comprehensive support and service after the close of the sale
  • Develop presentations and reports for client meetings and lead client-facing meetings and presentations

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant digital outreach and marketing agency experience
  • Proficiency in developing and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns using research, segmentation and modeling for a variety of clients, including management of media plans and day-to-day relationships with clients and vendors
  • Fluency with key advertising platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn and comfort navigating CRMs with a passion for testing new features and technologies
  • Experience translating highly technical information into presentable and digestible formats that educate and enlighten non-technical internal and external stakeholders
  • Development of short- and long-term digital advertising campaigns, execution and leverage of data and and analytics to optimize and improve results
  • Demonstrated project management experience, working on multichannel digital advertising campaigns with special attention to understanding campaign performance, and reporting results to align with goals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines with outstanding organizational skills and a drive for results
  • Assertive, goal-oriented, hardworking and self-motivated
  • Ability to proactively troubleshoot and find creative solutions
  • Self-starter with a passion for digital advertising and client service
  • Strong team player with experience collaborating across departments and levels
  • Experience using project management software like Asana or Basecamp to drive project schedules and outcomes
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
