Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading development teams in a new product development environment
  • Ensure project performance and execution
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Schedule and milestone development/management
  • Understand technology employed on various programs
  • Develop program/project cost estimates
  • Baseline development
  • Program/project metric development and reporting
  • Variance analysis
  • Risk and opportunity development and management
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Travel within US and/ or internationally may be required, < 10%

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000.00-$175,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years in a related field
  • 2+ years experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
  • Experience leading development teams in an engineering environment
