Sr Product Analyst – AI Agents & Low‑Code Automation (Technical)

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a highly technical Product Analyst to support the design, build, and optimization of AI Agents and low‑code automation solutions within our healthcare technology ecosystem. This role is intentionally hands‑on and is ideal for an analyst who can translate complex business workflows into working low‑code solutions, including Power Automate flows, Power Platform components, and Copilot‑enabled experiences.

The Product Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, Revenue Cycle stakeholders, engineers, and data teams to prototype, build, test, and iterate on automations that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and support scalable AI adoption across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate operational workflows into technical requirements for AI agents and low‑code automations.
  • Design, build, and maintain low‑code solutions, including Power Automate flows, connectors, approvals, and orchestration logic.
  • Assist with Copilot and agent configuration, prompt design, and workflow integration into existing tools and platforms.
  • Participate in discovery activities (process mapping, user interviews, journey mapping) to identify automation opportunities and define success metrics.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including flow logic, assumptions, dependencies, and edge cases.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and validation of automations across environments; support UAT and post‑deployment monitoring.
  • Analyze product and automation usage data to identify performance issues, optimization opportunities, and future enhancements.
  • Demo working solutions to stakeholders and clearly communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and platform teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of low‑code patterns, reusable components, and best practices within the AI/Automation COE.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product analysis, automation, RPA, or technical consulting roles.
  • Hands‑on experience building low‑code automations, with a strong emphasis on Power Automate (cloud flows, triggers, actions, connectors, approvals).
  • Experience integrating and working with commercial LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude) via APIs or platform tools.
  • Understanding of prompt design, prompt versioning, and structured outputs
  • Familiarity with LLM orchestration concepts such as:
    • Multi step agent workflows
    • Tool calling and action execution
    • Context management, memory, and grounding with enterprise data
  • Experience integrating systems via APIs, connectors, or data services.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational data sources.
  • Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse concepts).
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and reason through technical failures and edge cases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to business users.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery models and product development lifecycles.
  • Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
  • This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting or building AI‑enabled workflows (Copilot, agent orchestration, prompt‑driven automation).
  • Exposure to healthcare technology, EMR integrations, or Revenue Cycle operations.
  • Experience with other automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Logic Apps) or scripting concepts.
  • Understanding of security, identity, and data governance considerations in low‑code platforms.
  • Comfort working in fast‑paced, iterative environments where requirements evolve.
  • This position pays between $92,400-138,600 based on experience

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
