  • Drive measurement and optimization of user-facing product experiences and lifecycle programs that move engagement, retention, conversion, and inventory outcomes.
  • Own rentals B2C growth analytics: renter acquisition and activation, search and discovery, lead quality, listing and inventory health, and the tradeoffs between renter demand and supply-side outcomes.
  • Build durable measurement foundations, including KPI frameworks, funnel and cohort diagnostics, dashboards, and a recurring business review rhythm that leaders actually use.
  • Design and maintain scalable analytical assets in Snowflake, including well-modeled datasets, shared metric definitions, and self-serve Tableau analytics that reduce one-off request volume.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance on complex cross-functional growth problems, and represent analytics in senior forums.
  • Set the analytical strategy for major product and growth investments, helping teams understand performance, unit economics, incrementality, and tradeoffs and owns the quarterly analytics roadmap, prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Embed AI into how the team works, accelerating exploratory analysis, code generation, documentation, and synthesis, with guardrails appropriate to a regulated environment.
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans, and translate results into recommendations senior leaders can act on.
  • Hire thoughtfully as the team grows, and build the bench through coaching and direct feedback.

About you
  • You have a 9+ year career in digital and product analytics, with a track record on consumer-facing products at scale.
  • 5+ years of experience directly leading analytics teams. People leadership experience at this scale is required for this role.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, including experimental design, power and sample sizing, interaction effects, guardrails, sequential testing, and the judgment to know when a result is real.
  • Strong working experience with Snowflake and strong SQL, including performance-aware queries, data modeling, and building reusable analytical layers.
  • Strong Tableau experience, including building analytical products others rely on rather than one-off dashboards.
  • Demonstrated, practical use of AI in an analytics workflow, with specific examples of how it changed your team's speed, quality, or leverage.
  • Strong statistical and causal reasoning foundation, including approaches for when a clean randomized test isn't possible, such as incrementality, quasi-experimental design, and holdouts.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for analysis.
  • Experience owning funnel, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion measurement for a consumer product.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing senior product and business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in marketplaces, real estate, rentals, travel, or another two-sided consumer category where supply and inventory dynamics shape demand.
  • Experience with rentals or subscription B2C growth, including lead quality and monetization measurement.
  • Experience building experimentation platforms, metric layers, or self-serve analytics that outlived your involvement in them.
  • Background in a regulated industry, with an understanding of how compliance constraints shape testing and targeting.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
