As Senior Business Analysis Manager, you will provide analytics and decision support to drive initiatives that create enterprise value. Leveraging your analytical mindset, sharp business acumen, and problem-solving skills, you will drive pricing for device financing portfolio using data science guided decision making. The position supports the firm’s growth, profitability goals, and risk tolerance by providing enterprise value optimization, post-launch analysis, and portfolio reviews. You will work collaboratively with business partners, including executives in marketing, operations, finance, and accounting, to secure buy-in and drive issues to resolution. This role favors candidates with quantitative and analytical skills and a passion for research.Job Responsibilities:
Build financial models to evaluate opportunities and their impact on T-Mobile’s overall financial value
Collaborate across functions, including marketing, finance, product management, corporate strategy, and sales, to manage price factors that influence customer acquisition, retention, and revenue
Analyze various promotion influences, and to estimate the growth potential of different offers/credit moves
Leadership in driving analysis from conception to production, getting alignment from stakeholders and providing an unbiased data driven POV on business
Develop advanced SQL queries to extract and compile customer device purchases, financing, competitors' credit policies, and shopping behaviors data; analyze relevant data to answer key business questions; provide insights to help make business decisions
Respond and produce additional ad hoc deep-dive analysis requests and assignments as required
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Data analysis, data science, decision science, statistics, or similar quantitative fields OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience ( Required)
Master or higher degree preferred in a Quantitative discipline, preferably Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Math, Business, Finance, Economics or Information Management ( Preferred)
7-10 years of pricing experience along with strong financial modeling and data analytics experience
• Ability to translate customer needs and insights into actionable business levers
• Excellent problem scoping and solving skills, business communication, and experience working with cross-functional teams• Proficient in SQL querying, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data science modeling. Proficient in reporting, visualization, analytics tools (R, Python, SQL preferred)
• Strong data analysis background with good understanding of data science concepts, and analytical skills to understand elasticities/ data levers• Proficient in financial analytics, pricing analytics, and strategic/analytical frameworks.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Communication Ability to manage relationships, influence and communicate complicated analysis, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner at the executive level and provide decision support, analysis and recommendations that help to drive effective execution of initiatives. (Required)

Base Pay Range: $96,700 - $174,400Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
