We’re growing rapidly - looking for collaborative, curious, and motivated team members who are passionate about putting customers first. As a remote-first company we believe in empowering our employees to do their best work, wherever they are.

As the data engine for IT and Security many of the biggest names in the most demanding industries trust Cribl to solve their most pressing data needs. Ready to do the best work of your career? Join the herd and unlock your opportunity.

Why You’ll Love This Role

Cribl is seeking a Senior Channel Programs Manager with 5 - 8 years of experience in B2B Field-Led Demand Generation. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs to help generate net-new pipeline as well as drive pipeline to late stage and to closed/won -- most importantly, engaging our partner ecosystem to get you there.

What sets you apart from the “run-of-the-mill” channel & field marketers? Your super power is building business with a partner; from relationship-building to integrated planning. You’re ready to elevate the vendor/partner experience and not be defined just by your event execution. Instead, you leverage events -- and other critical marketing activities -- as tools in your belt. You’re a full-funnel marketer who measures your contributions into quality business outcomes.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • Define regional marketing strategies and programs that build awareness, acquire net new accounts, accelerate deals and increase customer usage across all sales segments
  • Ramp market-to/market-with/market-through partner campaign planning, as a reflection of the strategies established by regional sales & channel leaders
  • Build scalable, repeatable marketing programs + activities -- and execute accordingly
  • Work closely with sales leadership, sales operations and marketing operations to track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report results to sales and marketing leadership
  • Build and nurture relationships with the regional sales teams sharing global and regional marketing plans and priorities and weekly/monthly/quarterly insights on performance
  • Effectively manage, administer, and measure your regional budgets, including MDF
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • 5+ years of channel and field marketing experience; B2B SaaS start-up experience preferred. Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
  • You’re outcomes-driven, analytical, customer-first and have a track record of executing creative, impactful field marketing programs for IT  executives and practitioners
  • You have a proven track record of working collaboratively and asynchronously with product, technical, sales, channel, marketing and the exec team to impact early and late stage pipeline
  • You set a high bar in everything you and your team do - quality, creativity, execution and productivity
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Operates with a sense of purpose and urgency
  • You have a sense of humor, willingness to be your authentic self and a deep believer of being human-first is a big plus
  • 15-20% Travel required

Salary Range ($115,000 - $179,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
