Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Senior Compensation Analyst to join our amazing culture.
Compensation Strategy & Analysis
- Design, analyze, and maintain global compensation frameworks to ensure both external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Benchmark roles globally using reputable market data and survey sources; make informed recommendations aligned with compensation philosophy.
- Lead the maintenance and refinement of global salary structures, pay bands, and compensation guidelines across multiple regions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs—including base pay, short- and long-term incentives and propose enhancements that align with evolving business needs.
Global Market & Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain up to date knowledge of international labor laws, tax implications, and regulatory requirements to ensure all compensation programs remain compliant.
- Proactively monitor and interpret market trends and legal changes across regions, integrating this knowledge into compensation design and decision-making.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR to assess and mitigate risks related to compensation practices and employee mobility.
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnering
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, recruiters, and senior leadership globally on compensation matters such as offers, promotions, retention strategies, and workforce planning.
- Provide strategic counsel on international assignments and global mobility packages, ensuring alignment with internal policy and market practices.
- Deliver training and enablement sessions for international HR teams to enhance understanding and adoption of compensation tools and methodologies.
Data Analytics, Reporting & Governance
- Own the execution of complex compensation analytics using advanced Excel modeling, AI and data visualization techniques.
- Perform detailed analysis to support annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and equity administration.
- Monitor and report on critical metrics such as pay equity, gender pay gap, and global compensation trends, driving data-informed recommendations.
- Maintain rigorous data governance standards to ensure accuracy and integrity across all compensation datasets.
Systems, Tools & Strategic Projects
- Support global compensation technology initiatives including system implementations, process automation, and tool enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement in compensation processes with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- Serve as a key contributor or compensation lead on enterprise-wide HR and Compensation initiatives (e.g., mergers & acquisitions, global leveling frameworks, market survey participation).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- This role requires a mature, self-directed professional with exceptional analytical acumen, particularly in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and VBA/macros are highly desirable).
- Success in this role depends on strong business judgment, proactive stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate independently in a global, fast-paced environment.
Compensation Range: $130,000 - $150,000 base salary
