The Sr. Contract Analyst is responsible for drafting, negotiating, rescoping and managing a variety of contracts from quote approval to contract signature. The primary focus is to ensure all contracts are drafted accurately and efficiently, and in compliance with predefined internal turnaround times and approval workflows. Secondarily, this role serves as a key advisor and partner to sales and other internal teams, requires cross-functional relational skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of quotations during deal re-scoping, development of process documentation and internal resources, serve as the Contract Ops representative on cross-functional initiatives and mentorship of team members.

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Draft a variety of complex customer-facing documents —including User Agreements, SOWs, Order Forms, amendments, renewals, and other contract-related material.
•    Review and negotiate contract redlines in collaboration with Legal, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
•    Understand and apply the go-to-market strategies, product offerings, and processes when collaborating or advising sales on deal structure.
•    Consistently maintain high throughput and meet established turnaround time SLAs.  
•    Validate all aspects of complex agreements for accuracy and compliance with GHX’s business practices and internal approvals. 
•    Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, consistency, contract/process resources and overall operational effectiveness.
•    Assist with additional responsibilities, mentor team members and contribute to special projects as needed
Key Skills/Competencies
•    Detail-oriented and organized.
•    Knowledge of contract structures, complex terms, and experience drafting custom language.
•    Contract negotiation skills and experience.
•    Concise, clear written and oral communication skills.
•    Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong critical thinking abilities, research and problem-solving skills.
•    High level of customer service and demonstrates a practical, solution-oriented approach. Skilled at collaborating effectively across diverse business functions.
•    Time management skills in a fast-paced environment, including managing deadlines and shifting priorities.
•    Expert Microsoft Word and Excel skills, with a solid understanding of advanced features.
•    Experience with complex pricing models, diverse product offerings and custom contracting.

Required Education, Certifications, and Experience
•    Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or a combination of education and related experience.
•    5 years of experience in contracts analyst, contracts management or related experience including CPQ quoting management, sales operations, project management, customer support, quoting 

Preferred Qualifications
•    Salesforce (CRM), pricing software such as Conga CPQ (Apttus) and CLM (such as Icertis) experience. 
•    SaaS background.
•    Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and experience with SOX compliance.

Estimated Salary range for this position: $71,000- $94,600
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
