  1. Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in Mainframe z/OS CICS, COBOL, VSAM, JCL, MQ, XML/MLI, Change-man and various tools on the mainframe. Assembler Knowledge is a plus
  2. Expertise in Systematics suite of core banking software (viz. IMPACS, Savings-Time, Relationship Management, Architecture systems etc.) is preferred

  7. Ability to code and develop individual modules in both Batch and Online environments
  8. Peer reviews and preparation of code review and unit test plans. Support end-to-end testing which includes functional and unit testing, system integration and regressing testing
  9. Possesses strong knowledge of application development technologies, tools, agile and waterfall methodologies as well as all functional areas in an IT organization
  10. Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
  11. Ability to answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; ability to teach and mentor less experienced team members
