About Oscilar

Oscilar is building the most advanced Agentic Risk Platform for banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations. Our platform helps financial institutions manage fraud, credit, compliance, and onboarding risk using modern AI. Oscilar is one of the fastest growing companies with 15x ARR growth in the past 24 months.

Founded by Neha Narkhede, co-creator of Apache Kafka and co-founder of Confluent, Oscilar is building a category-defining company. Our AI Agents for fraud and risk management are one of the fastest-moving parts of the business, and we are looking for the leader who will turn them into a major part of our business.

The Role

We are hiring a senior, entrepreneurial go-to-market leader to build Oscilar's Agents business. You will own the Agents GTM end to end and drive it across the whole GTM organization: Growth, Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.

This is a 0→1 builder role, not a maintainer role. The Agents motion is early, and the playbook is still being written. You will define where we play and how we win, set the targets, build the team, and personally drive the first wins.

This is also a player-coach role. You will lead people and coordinate across teams, but you will also be hands-on: running the analysis, shaping the campaigns, joining key deals, and fixing what is broken.

You will report to the VP of Marketing & Growth and work closely with our CEO, CRO and executive team. There is no ceiling on scope for the right person: this role can grow into leading a larger part of Oscilar's growth organization.

What You'll OwnBuild the Agents business
  • Own the Agents pipeline and revenue goals, and the plan to hit them.

  • Define the highest-potential segments, use cases, personas, and buying triggers for Oscilar Agents.

  • Build the operating rhythm for the Agents business: goals, metrics, weekly reviews, and clear owners across teams.

  • Diagnose where the Agents funnel is stuck (awareness, meetings, POVs, conversion, expansion) and drive the fixes.

  • Bring a business owner's view to pricing, packaging, freemium and POV programs, and attach strategy alongside Product and Sales leadership.

Drive it across the company
  • Act as the single accountable leader for Agents growth, coordinating Sales, BDRs, Product, PMM, CS, and Partnerships around shared targets.

  • Partner with Sales leadership on Agents plays, deal strategy, and attach motions in the existing pipeline.

  • Feed market and customer learnings back into Product and PMM so the roadmap, positioning, and enablement keep improving.

  • Build the programs that turn early customers into references, case studies, and expansion.

Build and lead the team
  • Hire and develop an Agents growth team over time, starting hands-on and adding people as the business scales.

  • Set a high bar for execution, experimentation, and speed.

  • Coach channel owners and partner teams so the Agents motion scales beyond any one person.

Run the growth engine
  • Launch and iterate multi-channel programs for Agents: outbound, ABM, signal-based campaigns, events, executive programs, webinars, and partnerships.

  • Run rapid experiments across audiences, messages, offers, and channels, and scale what works.

  • Use Oscilar's AI-native GTM stack (Clay, Salesforce, HubSpot, Nooks, Gong, Claude) and partner with Growth Engineering to automate and scale the motion.

What We're Looking ForMust have
  • A track record of building a business unit, function, or GTM motion from scratch. For example: founder or early executive, first GTM or growth leader, or the person who launched a new product line, segment, or region and made it a real business.

  • 10+ years in B2B go-to-market, with senior leadership experience (Director, Head of, or VP level, or equivalent founder experience).

  • Player-coach DNA: you have led teams and cross-functional programs, and you still enjoy building yourself.

  • Strong commercial judgment and experience with enterprise sales cycles and multi-threaded buying processes.

  • Ability to drive alignment across teams you don't directly manage, and to move fast when the path is unclear.

  • Analytical and data-driven: you set clear goals, measure what matters, and make decisions from evidence.

Strong plus
  • Growth or demand generation expertise (outbound, ABM, signal-based growth, experimentation).

  • Experience taking AI products to market.

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, fraud, compliance, risk, or other regulated industries.

  • Experience at a high-growth B2B company known for strong GTM execution, such as Ramp, Stripe, Brex, Plaid, Samsara, or similar.

  • Comfort with modern GTM tooling and AI-powered workflows.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 60 days:

  • A clear diagnosis of the Agents funnel and a plan, with targets, owners, and an operating cadence agreed with the executive team.

  • Early wins: new qualified Agents pipeline and faster progression of existing Agents opportunities.

In your first 6 months:

  • Agents is one of Oscilar's most important and predictable growth engines, with repeatable plays across segments.

  • A high-performing Agents growth team and cross-functional operating model that scales without depending on any one person.

  • Strong customer proof: references, case studies, and expansion across the Agents portfolio.

Why This Role Is Unique
  • You will build a new Agentic business inside a fast-growing company, with direct access to the CEO and executive team.

  • You will have the scope of a business owner and the resources of an established GTM organization.

  • The ceiling is set by your impact: this role is designed for a leader who can grow with the business.

Benefits and Other Perks
  • Compensation: Competitive salary and equity packages, including a 401(k) plan

  • Flexibility: Remote-first culture

  • Health: 100% employer-covered comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance (US)

  • Balance: Unlimited PTO

  • Culture: Family-friendly environment with regular team events and offsites

  • Development: Strong learning and professional development opportunities

  • Impact: Help define how AI transforms risk management at financial institutions
