Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Channel Partnerships to lead and scale our global partner ecosystem. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing our channel strategy, driving revenue growth through partners, and building strong relationships with key resellers, distributors, MSPs, and strategic alliances. Reporting to the CRO, this role will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partner success and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
-Define and lead DeleteMe’s global channel and partner strategy to support revenue growth and market expansion.
-Recruit, onboard, and manage key partners, including resellers, distributors, MSPs, and strategic alliances.
-Build scalable programs and processes to enable partner success, including training, co-marketing, incentives, and joint go-to-market efforts.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align on product enablement, deal support, and post-sale success through partner channels.
-Develop clear KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure partner performance, revenue contribution, and program ROI.
-Represent DeleteMe at industry events, partner summits, and key customer meetings.
-Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and partner ecosystem dynamics to inform strategic planning.
Job Requirements:
-Minimum of 7+ years of experience in channel sales or partnerships in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
-Proven track record of building and scaling global partner programs and driving significant channel-sourced revenue.
-Deep understanding of reseller, MSP, and strategic alliance models, ideally in cybersecurity or privacy tech.
-Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing high-performing teams.
-Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with internal stakeholders and external partners.
-Strategic thinker with strong operational execution and data-driven decision-making skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring structure to ambiguity.
-This role requires domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company's travel reimbursement policy.
