About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a visionary Senior Director of GTM Digital Experience Transformation to lead the design and optimization of our digital experience across the GTM (Go-To-Market) applications landscape. This role focuses on crafting a seamless, high-impact experience across tools like Salesforce, Adobe, and other productivity platforms, supporting Sales, Alliances, and Customer Success functions.

Your mission is to shape a cohesive, user-centered experience that aligns with the workflows of GTM users at all levels—from sales representatives to executives—enhancing productivity, engagement, and ease of use. You’ll drive end-to-end improvements in both desktop and mobile environments, utilizing tools like Salesforce Data Cloud to provide the necessary context for each interaction. Working closely with GTM apps delivery leads, you’ll ensure that user insights inform strategic experience design decisions that are implemented with agility and effectiveness.

As a self-starter, you’ll lead impactful changes independently from the outset and will have the opportunity to build and scale a dedicated team as these initiatives expand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and Lead the GTM Digital Experience Vision: Craft a user-centered vision and roadmap to streamline interactions across Salesforce, Adobe, and related GTM applications, delivering a seamless experience tailored to GTM users' needs.

  • Embed User Insights and Personalization: Incorporate strategic user insights and leverage tools like Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud to enable real-time personalization, supporting each GTM function with relevant, user-centric enhancements.

  • Facilitate Cross-Platform Usability: Collaborate with GTM apps delivery leads to ensure fluidity and alignment between desktop and mobile platforms, continuously refining the experience based on user feedback for an optimized journey.

  • Drive User-Centric KPIs: Define and track key metrics tied to experience improvements, such as user satisfaction, workflow efficiency, and adoption rates, to demonstrate impact and inform future enhancements.

  • Enable Customer-Centric Experiences: Subtly integrate customer adoption data within Salesforce to inform design choices that drive ease of use and align digital tools with customer-facing needs.

  • Leverage AI to Enhance User Efficiency: Design and implement AI-driven tools and solutions to optimize GTM workflows, enabling predictive insights, intelligent task automation, and proactive recommendations to boost productivity across sales, alliances, and customer success teams.

  • Drive Value with Salesforce Agentforce: Utilize Salesforce Agentforce to create an intelligent and contextual user experience, empowering GTM users with real-time insights, dynamic content recommendations, and workflow accelerators tailored to their roles and objectives.

What You’ll Need:

  • 15+ years of experience in transforming GTM applications, and lead to cash space with user centered experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Proven Expertise in Digital Experience Design: Track record of delivering cross-functional, seamless user experiences within GTM applications, especially on platforms like Salesforce and Adobe.

  • User-Centric Leadership: Ability to build and execute a digital experience strategy, ensuring GTM applications support user engagement, personalization, and streamlined workflows.

  • Strong GTM Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated success working with sales, alliances, and customer success teams to prioritize user-centered enhancements that meet their evolving needs.

  • Results-Oriented Change Leadership: Proven capability to lead rapid, impactful user experience improvements across interconnected applications, focusing on measurable outcomes and user-centric solutions.
