In this role, you will lead the evaluation of strategic opportunities across build, buy, and partner decisions, monitor the external market and ecosystem, and develop insights that inform company strategy and investment priorities. You will also play a key role in tracking the rapidly evolving AI landscape and engaging with external partners, including startups, venture capital firms, bankers, and other strategic advisors.

This position sits at the intersection of product strategy, corporate development, and market intelligence. You will partner closely with leadership across Product Leadership, Finance, Sales, GTM, Legal, and Strategy to identify opportunities that accelerate growth and strengthen our competitive position.

What You’ll Do

  • Evolve the company’s build-buy-partner framework to support strategic decision-making across product and business initiatives.

  • Conduct recurring assessments of the market landscape, adjacent ecosystems, and competitive dynamics to surface strategic opportunities and risks.

  • Track developments across the AI ecosystem, including foundational models, infrastructure, tooling, application layers, and emerging platforms.

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, including venture capital firms, bankers, founders, advisors, and ecosystem leaders.

  • Support strategic diligence, business case development, and executive communications for potential deals or partnerships.

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate external insights into actionable recommendations for product and company strategy.

  • Develop concise and compelling materials for senior leadership to support investment, partnership, and M&A decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, venture, business development, or a related role.

  • Strong understanding of M&A, strategic partnerships, and market analysis in a technology or software environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to assess strategic tradeoffs and make clear recommendations in ambiguous situations.

  • Strong intellectual curiosity about AI, emerging technologies, and the broader software ecosystem.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Proven relationship-building skills across founders, investors, bankers, and industry operators.

  • Experience creating executive-ready materials, market analyses, and strategic frameworks.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in SaaS, AI, enterprise software, or related technology sectors.

  • Familiarity with corporate development processes from sourcing through diligence and execution.

  • Experience evaluating strategic fit and leading decisions across build, buy, partner, integrate, migrate, consolidate, and retire options.

  • Experience building or maturing integration frameworks, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms for M&A activity.

  • Comfort working with senior executives and presenting to leadership teams.

  • A strong network across the startup, investor, and advisor ecosystem.

We focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. Our vision was clear: to unify fragmented teams, tools and data — helping large organizations build deeper, more meaningful connections with the people they serve. Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights. Sprinklr is here to do three things:

  • Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM.

  • Empower companies to deliver next generation, unified engagement journeys that reimagine the customer experience.

  • Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.

We believe in our product: Customers who value exceptional customer experiences have what they need on our single unified platform, built with an operating system approach on a single codebase. That means that everything — and everyone — can work together to service, respond, sell, and market to customers on the channels they prefer. While Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) as a category is just getting started, we are well on our way to creating a no-compromise, unified approach to better customer experiences for the world’s leading enterprise brands.

We invest in our people: We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to help each member of our team thrive. Sprinklr believes that you should be able to get the type of care you need for your personal well-being when you need it. We offer you and your family voluntary healthcare coverage in countries where applicable. We believe it is important to take time off – it is essential for your mental and physical wellbeing. We provide Sprinklrites with paid time off to recharge and spend time with loved ones. We want to grow our talent with purpose. Our open Mentoring Program is designed to create meaningful connections that support growth and amplify our focus.
