Owns strategy and executive relationships for strategic accounts in Mexico across retail, wholesale, and consumer goods. Leads complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles, negotiates large deals, drives cross-sell and upsell growth, executes account-based go-to-market plans, forecasts revenue, represents the company externally, mentors sales team members, and reports account performance to regional and global leadership.

RELEX runs the planning decisions behind 600+ retailers and manufacturers worldwide, deciding, at real scale, what gets forecast, stocked, priced, promoted, and produced across the entire value chain. Few problems combine this much data, this much complexity, and this much real-world weight: get it right and a shelf stays stocked, a factory line doesn’t stall, food doesn’t spoil in a warehouse before it’s sold. Get it wrong, and it shows up in actual losses, for some of the largest retail and manufacturing brands in the world.

We’ve grown for 76 consecutive quarters straight, and it’s still accelerating. The first half of 2026 was the strongest in the company’s history. We’re a team of 2,000+ people, headquartered in Helsinki, with offices across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, relationship map, and commercial plan for a portfolio of strategic and named accounts in Mexico, spanning retail and wholesale.
  • Build and maintain trusted, executive-level relationships (C-suite and VP-level) within target and existing accounts.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close, in partnership with presales, solution consulting, and partner teams.
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities (cross-sell/upsell) within the existing customer base in coordination with Customer Success.
  • Develop and execute account-based go-to-market plans, aligning marketing, partners, and internal stakeholders around shared account objectives.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue, and manage accounts within RELEX's CRM and sales methodology.
  • Represent RELEX at industry events, customer forums, and executive briefings to build market presence and brand credibility in Mexico.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure customer feedback shapes RELEX's roadmap and go-to-market approach in the region.
  • Mentor and collaborate with account and sales development team members supporting the Mexico territory.
  • Provide accurate, timely reporting on account status, risks, and opportunities to regional and global leadership.

Qualifications Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 5 years in a strategic account management, key account, or senior sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts, ideally within retail, supply chain, CPG, Retail, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success closing six- and seven-figure SaaS/enterprise software deals with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Experience building and executing account plans and go-to-market strategies at the executive level.
  • Strong network and credibility within the Mexican retail, wholesale, or consumer goods sector.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Mexico and occasionally internationally.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Preferred:

  • Background in supply chain planning, retail planning, merchandising, or workforce management software.
  • Experience selling into or partnering with major Mexican or LatAm retail groups.
  • Familiarity with value-based/consultative selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Value Selling, Challenger).
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, international SaaS company.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
