The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Sr. Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and discretion with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure seamless operations and support to the C-Suite

  • Exhibiting professionalism, efficiency, and a proactive approach to managing complex schedules, communication, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Responsible for calendar management and coordination of multiple complex calendars across the team, including scheduling meetings, events, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Managing all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.

  • Coordinating and preparing agendas and logistics for meetings, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and technical support.

  • Organizing meeting notes and minutes, identify follow-up actions, and track progress on open items. 

  • Planning and coordinating onsite and offsite team meetings.

  • Handling confidential information and maintaining files/archives (electronic/physical).

  • Willingness to be on-call, high-energy, and a problem-solving attitude.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED OR higher and (5) years of experience in an administrative assistant function supporting C-Suite leaders

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail.

Work location: Remote - United States

Travel: May include up to {10%][domestic] travel

Relocation Assistance: Not authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $94,018 - $114,911, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
